Our Paralegal Management Department services includes the required formal registration of companies at all agencies, as well as Certificates of Good Standing at all required government agencies.

The Paralegal Management team has all the capabilities to provide a timely execution of such services. This Department can also prepare all the required documents for a client to take part in public and/or private biddings.

Among other tasks, the Paralegal Management Department has the following duties:

  • Formalization of Articles of Incorporation, Deliberative Acts, Amendments to By-laws and Discontinuance of a Company’ Activities;
  • Registration at the National Register of Corporate Taxpayers (CNPJ);
  • Registration at the State Register of Taxpayers (IE);
  • Registration at the City Register of Taxpayers (CCM);
  • Registration at the National Institute of Social Security – INSS;
  • Registration at the Government Severance Indemnity Fund for Employees – FGTS, at the Federal Savings and Loans Bank - CEF;
  • Company Registration at Regional Professional Associations;
  • Obtaining Certificates of Good Standing from the Internal Revenue Service, National Institute of Social Security, Federal Savings and Loans Bank (FGTS), São Paulo State Treasury Affairs Secretariat (SEFAZ/SP); São Paulo City Government Hall and city governments of surrounding areas;
  • Consumer Protection Agency – PROCON, Ministry of Labor
  • Obtaining Court Certificates;
  • Overdue tax installment payment plan;
  • Counsel in Appeals and motions to deny undue charges and taxes at an administrative jurisdiction.
